Julie’s chocolate cake¶
Serves 8
Ingredients
250 g dark chocolate,
125 g butter,
6 eggs,
250 g sugar,
2 tbsp milk,
4 tbsp flour.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180ºC.
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate with the milk. Melt the butter in. Remove from the heat and add the sugar, then the flour and the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites and fold them in the chocolate mixture gently. Cover a baking tray with foil and pour the cake mixture in. Cook for 45 minutes.
