Divine chocolate frosting

For one cake

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup butter,

• 4 flat tbsp cocoa,

• 1/4 cup milk,

• 8 tbsp caster sugar,

• 1 tsp vanilla,

• 1 tbsp instant coffee (dissolved in 2 tbsp water).

Preparation

Boil the milk, butter and cocoa in a pan. Remove from heat and add the sugar, vanilla and coffee. Pour over the cake still hot!
