Endives au jambon

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 endives,

  • 4 large slices ham,

  • 1 small pot crème fraiche,

  • 150 g grated cheese,

  • emmental or gruyère,

  • salt & pepper.

Preparation

Boil the endives for 30 minutes. Let cool and drain thoroughly.

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Wrap each endive in ham and put in an ovenproof dish. Coat with crème fraiche and sprinkle cheese, salt and pepper on the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden and serve hot.
