Crêpe recipe¶

Ingredients
125 g flour,
25 cL milk,
30 g butter,
3 eggs,
salt.
Preparation
Put the flour in a bowl and add the beaten eggs in the middle. Mix and gradually add the milk until smooth. Then, add the melted butter and salt. Leave it to rest for 1 hour before cooking. If the batter is thick, you can add more milk or water or flat beer to it.
