Feta and butternut squash bake

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 500 g butternut squash cut in cubes,

  • 200 g green beans,

  • 100 g feta,

  • 15-20 black olives,

  • 2 tbsp olive oil.

Preparation

Place the butternut squash with olive oil in an ovenproof dish. Roast it in the oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes. Boil the green beans for 5 minutes and drain. Chop the feta cheese into small cubes. Add the feta, green beans and olives to the butternut squash in the serving dish.
