Bircher breakfast muesli

Serves 5

Ingredients

  • 200 g rolled oats,

  • 350 mL apple juice or milk or a combination,

  • 1-2 apples,

  • 125 g yogurt,

  • seasonal fruit,

  • dried fruit and nuts depending on taste.

Preparation

Cover the muesli with the liquid and chill overnight. Additional juice may be added to loosen the mixture. Grate the apples and add the yogurt, apples, other fresh or dry fruit if desired. Sprinkle with nuts and serve. This muesli can keep for a few days in the fridge.
