Rhubarb and banana crumble

Serves 5

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas,

  • 900 g fresh rhubarb or 2 tins of rhubarb,

  • 200 g flour,

  • 120 g butter,

  • 60 g oats,

  • 30 g sugar.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180ºC.

Stew the rhubarb with sugar if starting from fresh. Let cool down. In the meantime, prepare the crumble topping by mixing the butter with the flour, sugar and oats with the tip of your fingers.

Slice the bananas and add to the rhubarb when cool. Pour in a dish and sprinkle the topping. Bake for 30 minutes.
