Mustard chicken

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken legs,

  • 1 onion,

  • 3 garlic cloves,

  • 25 cL single cream,

  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard,

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice,

  • 3 tbsp oil,

  • salt & pepper.

Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 160°C.

Peel and mince the garlic and slice the onion. In a bowl, mix the mustard, oil and lemon juice. Coat the chicken with this sauce. Put the chicken in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle the garlic and onion. Bake for 25 minutes, turning the chicken over halfway through the cooking.

Meanwhile, bring the single cream to the boil, add 1 tbsp mustard and season to taste. Coat the chicken with the sauce and serve with rice.
